PURCHASE CONDITIONS
In this SECTION, the Contracting and Acquisition Conditions of the products offered on this website (https://nkodajoyas.com), owned by NKODA JOYAS SC, are regulated, and they apply to all commercial transactions between NKODA JOYAS and the Customer.
User Acceptance
The "User" (hereinafter, the customer), by purchasing any product offered on this website, acknowledges and accepts without reservations each of the points in these general conditions.
These conditions will have an indefinite validity period and will apply to all contracts made through this website: https://nkodajoyas.com.
NKODA JOYAS reserves the right to modify these conditions without prior notice. In such a case, they will be published on this same platform for the knowledge of Users/Customers. Any modifications will take effect from the date they are made and will not apply to contracts previously concluded by the Customer.

Obligations of the Parties
The User and/or Customer agrees to:

Use the website lawfully and utilize its services in compliance with current legislation, refraining from infringing the rights and interests of third parties and NKODA JOYAS.

Provide truthful information to NKODA JOYAS. The Customer will be responsible for any consequences arising from providing false or incorrect data.

Respect and accept the general contracting conditions, as well as the legal and privacy notices established on this website.
Failure to comply with the above may result in the withdrawal or cancellation of services by NKODA JOYAS without prior notice and without the right to any compensation. NKODA JOYAS also reserves the right to take legal action.
NKODA JOYAS, in turn, agrees to respect the obligations set forth in these general contracting conditions.
Language
Commercial, contractual, and customer service communications will be conducted in Spanish or Basque; however, responses in English will also be provided without any issue.
Purpose of the Contract
The purpose of this sale is for the user to purchase one or more of the various products and services offered on https://nkodajoyas.com.
Accordingly, this contract regulates the relationship between NKODA JOYAS and the customer at the moment they give their consent in the contracting process by accepting the corresponding checkbox. (Before acceptance, this checkbox will provide information about these general conditions, the legal notice, and the privacy policy of this website.)
Offered Products
The products offered, their main characteristics, and their prices will be described in their respective sections.
Users/Customers are reminded that all our items are handmade, meaning that each product is unique and exclusive, and may differ slightly from the published image.
Offers and promotions will be clearly marked and identified as such, indicating the previous price and the discounted price.
Price and Validity Period of Products
The prices shown on the website are final, in Euros (€), and include taxes unless otherwise required by law, especially regarding VAT.
Shipping costs are included in the final price for orders over €100. For purchases below this amount, shipping costs will be €8 (only within Spain). Shipping to the rest of Europe and the United States will have a cost calculated based on the destination.
Prices may change at any time, but such changes will not affect orders or purchases for which the User has already received an order confirmation.
The website uses all necessary means to ensure the confidentiality and security of payment data transmitted by the User during transactions. To this end, the website utilizes a secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) payment system.
The website offers users a secure online payment gateway for credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, and similar cards) provided by the financial institution LABORAL KUTXA.
Shipping
For orders within Spain, the delivery time will be 10 to 15 business days if the item is out of stock; otherwise, the delivery time will be 5 business days.
For Europe and the rest of the world, please contact us via the Contact Form in the Contact section. The product will be considered delivered to the customer when it is made available to them and they sign the receipt from the shipping agency/postal service.
The delivery of orders will be made to the delivery address freely designated by the customer during the registration/purchase process once payment has been executed and confirmed.
Under no circumstances will nkoda joyas be responsible if the product delivery does not take place as a result of the customer providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete information, or when the delivery cannot be made due to reasons beyond the control of the shipping entity, such as the absence of the recipient.
Orders will be shipped once payment is received. If the chosen payment method is bank transfer, the order will be shipped once NKODA JOYAS confirms the transaction.
Defective Product Upon Delivery
If the product is damaged during transport, the customer must indicate it on the delivery slip provided by the carrier.
If, after inspecting the order, the customer detects discrepancies between the received item and the delivery note or notices that the order is damaged, they must contact NKODA JOYAS within 24 hours by sending an email to nkodajoyas@gmail.com, including the order number or invoice and details of the issue.
RETURNS
nkoda joyas has a 15-day return policy.
This policy outlines the return policy for goods or services purchased through the online store operated by nkoda joyas.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and it must be in its original packaging.
If the item you purchased is defective or if you believe it does not match the item description, please contact us within 15 business days before requesting a refund, and we will work to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
If you wish to return a product you have purchased, please send an email to nkodajoyas@gmail.com within 14 business days of your purchase and inform us of the reason for your return request.
After that, send the product you wish to return to:

We recommend sending the item by certified mail and keeping the receipt until the return process is completed.
If the customer wishes to return a previously purchased item, the shipping costs must be covered by him/her. nkoda joyas will cover such costs for the return and exchange of the product in case it has been damaged.
If a discount was applied at the time of purchase, nkoda joyas will only refund the actual amount paid.
If the purchased item was on sale, NKODA JOYAS reserves the right to accept or reject its refund. If you have any questions, please contact us before making a purchase.
Applicable Warranties
The contractual warranty offered is the one established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
nkoda joyas will be responsible for any lack of conformity that appears within two years from the date of delivery, provided that the User/Customer has informed nkoda joyas of such lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
In any case, the products will be considered in conformity with the contract as long as they match the provided description, have the qualities presented on the website, and are suitable for their intended use while offering the quality and performance expected of similar products.
Likewise, the User/Customer should keep in mind that, as our products are handcrafted, they may present slight variations due to the characteristics of the materials used in their manufacture. These characteristics, resulting from the craftsmanship, shall not be considered defects or flaws in the product.
Claims Forms
The consumer and/or user may file any complaint or claim at the address C/ Txirula n2, 1ºE, Vitoria, 01006, Spain, in accordance with the applicable regulations in this matter. Notwithstanding the above, the consumer and/or user may, in any case, request to submit their complaint through the contact form available in the "CONTACT" section or via email at nkodajoyas@gmail.com.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The applicable legislation for these terms, the legal notice, and the privacy policy will be governed by the current Spanish regulations.
The parties submit, at their choice, for the resolution of conflicts and with waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the courts of the user’s domicile.
In the case of a company, both parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction and submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Vitoria (Spain).
