For orders placed within Spanish territory, the delivery time will be between 10 and 15 business days.
For Europe and the rest of the world, please contact us through the form found in the Contact section. The product will be considered delivered to the customer at the moment it is made available to them and they sign for its receipt with the transport agency/postal service.
The delivery of orders will be made to the delivery address freely designated by the customer during the registration/purchase process once payment has been executed and confirmed.
In no case will NKODA JOYAS be responsible when the delivery of the product cannot be completed due to false, inaccurate, or incomplete information provided by the customer, or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping entity, such as the absence of the recipient.
Orders will be shipped after payment has been received. If the payment method chosen is bank transfer, the order will be shipped once NKODA JOYAS has confirmation of the transaction.
Defective Product Upon Delivery
In the event that the product is damaged during transport, the customer must indicate this on the carrier's delivery note. If, after reviewing the order, the customer notices discrepancies between the received material and the shipping note, or if the order is damaged due to an impact, they must contact NKODA JOYAS within 24 hours by sending an email to nkodajoyas@gmail.com, indicating the order or invoice number and detailing the anomalies.
