Our jewelry has weight, solidity, and top-quality materials, so you’ll notice the difference from the very first moment. We’re honest: what you see is what you wear, and each piece is designed to withstand everyday life and last for many years. Wear them worry-free, they’ve got you covered.

Shipping
We will send your jewelry within a maximum of 5 business days from the time we receive payment, as long as the piece is in stock.
If it is not in stock, the shipment will be made within 15–30 business days, since each piece is handmade especially for you.
International shipments take approximately 15 business days.
If any issue arises, we will notify you immediately.

Returns
You have a 60-day return guarantee if needed. You can also request a size exchange without any problem.

1. What is the shipping time?

• If your jewelry is in stock: 5 business days within Spain.
• If we need to make your jewelry: 15–30 business days within Spain.
• International shipping: around 15 days, depending on the country.

2. Can I return or exchange my order?

Of course.
You have 60 days to request a return or exchange. Just write to us by email or WhatsApp and we’ll guide you step by step—no complications.

3. How can I find my ring size?

It’s very easy:

• If you have a reference ring: measure the inner diameter and compare it with our ring size guide.
• If you don’t have a ring: measure your finger with a tape measure, or use a strip of paper wrapped around your finger and then measure its length.

You can find all the instructions in our ring size guide, but if it’s still difficult, write to us: we have lots of experience taking sizes (we see many hands in our store).
If needed, we can even record a video showing you how to do it yourself so there’s no chance of error.

4. How should I take care of my jewelry?

Our pieces are made to accompany you every day, so don’t be afraid to wear them (they’re not meant to live in a drawer!).
Still, a little care goes a long way: avoid direct contact with perfumes, creams, or cleaning products, store them separately, and occasionally wipe them with a soft cloth (an old cotton T-shirt works fine too). That’s already doing a lot.
